For all other insurances, I can provide documentation that you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies will reimburse either fully or partially for out-of-network providers however each insurance plan is different. Please check with your insurance company before making an appointment.
I charge $150 for a typical session. I accept cash, check, credit cards, health savings account and flex spending accounts. I require payment at the time of the session.
